Albert is a dual citizen who was born in Colombia and attended school in the United States. Since returning to Colombia in 1995 Albert has worked with the Ministry of Education and was the Director of the National University in Bogota. In 2001 Albert founded the International Language Center. In 2005 he purchased the VIP. Since 2003 he has been actively involved in property management, tourism, construction, and farming.
